TR racing is a small family team where all family members are a valuable part of my team. I have been racing 4 wheels since 1996. I have been racing stock cars and karting in which I have won two South West Championships and have well over 50 podiums of which over 50% are for 1st place.
Over the years TR racing has built their own race cars for which 2 out of the 5 we have built have won championships, but have all been race winners. This couldn’t happen without a great family and friends team spirit, because without them I couldn’t show of my talent.
In recent years I have spent time with top British Touring Car drivers and Rally Cross championship winners learning from them.
I often get called up to go to corporation events at race tracks and partake in races for fun where I race against top drivers that also race in Formula 3. Because of the respect and appraisals of other drivers it has spurred me on to up my level of racing.

Have you ever passed a trailer carrying a race car on the road? Let me ask you, did it catch your eye? The attention received while transporting the race car to races is tremendous. Maybe we could park the car in front of your store? It will definitely draw attention. You’ll find customers coming in asking about the race car.
Use the opportunity as a public relations vehicle by displaying the racing picture on the wall of the office or store.
Racing sponsorship improves the loyalty of a company’s employees. Think of simple things such as a polo shirt with the race team name and your company’s logo on it. Racing events can be very fun family outing – employees and their children would really appreciate a day at the track. Another incentive that can be used to build a company’s morale is to allow an employee(s) to work on the car preparation. Obviously this will apply more if you are an automotive shop or related business.

Would you feel comfortable going to an event with your employees and prospective customers? How would the driver treat you?

There are many ways you can provide sponsorship. Sometimes it just takes a little creativity. Of course there is always monetary support. You could also become a product sponsor by providing items needed for the racing season. Often the times sponsors will provide racers with unique types of sponsorship that have no direct correlation to racing itself, but allow funds that would normally be spent on other products or services to be used for the race team. I would be more than happy to discuss any ideas you may have.
Additional Benefits Sponsors Will Receive
Your company’s name will be placed on the race car and may also include information such as your e-mail address, phone number, location, etc. You can also use this space for special promotional advertisements or as a reward to your suppliers or customers. The size of the sign will coincide with the value of support given. It is also possible to obtain in –car racing video with your company’s name displayed on the car dash. I would be more than happy to provide you with these videos for you to use for promotional purposes or simply for you to watch for fun. Anyone interested in becoming more involved in racing is also welcome to become a part of the “race crew” for any of the events.
Basic signage to appear on the race car will be provided at no charge e.g. email address. This includes all letters and numbers for your signs. If you are interested in incorporating pictures, logos or other advertising signage, it will be necessary to discuss how this will be provided.
